FAQ

  • How do I book a session?

You can book directly through our online booking page. Just choose the type of training session you’d like, select a date/time that works for you, and complete the short intake form.

  • Where are sessions held?

Most sessions take place at our partnered training fields. For Free Evaluation Sessions, we can also meet at your team’s practice or a game if you’re currently rostered.

  • What should my player bring?

Players should bring proper soccer gear (cleats, shin guards, gloves for keepers), water, and a positive attitude. For Development and Small Group Training, an extra ball is encouraged if available.

  • Do you train beginners as well as experienced goalkeepers?

Yes! We offer training for all levels. Foundations Training is ideal for new keepers or those refocusing on basics, while Development Training and Packages are designed for competitive and travel-level goalkeepers.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled under 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

  • Do you offer group discounts?

Yes. Our Small Group Keeper Training allows 2–4 players to train together at a reduced rate of $30 per player per hour.

  • How do I pay for sessions?

Payments can be made online during booking. Seasonal packages must be paid in full prior to the first session unless otherwise arranged.

  • Will photos or videos be taken during training?

Occasionally, sessions may be recorded for training review or promotional use. You’ll always have the option to opt in or out when you register.

  • What skills do goalkeepers need to focus on the most?

Goalkeepers need a balance of technical, physical, and mental skills. Core areas include handling and catching, diving technique, footwork and positioning, 1v1 decision-making, distribution, and communication with defenders. Mental resilience and confidence are equally important for success in goal.

  • How is goalkeeper training different from regular soccer practice?

While team practices often focus on field player drills, goalkeeper training is specialized. We work on keeper-specific movements, reactions, and scenarios — such as diving, high balls, and game-like pressure situations — so goalkeepers can perform confidently and support their team.

  • At what age should a player start goalkeeper training?

Players can start as young as 7–8 years old with basic fundamentals like catching and positioning. As they grow, training becomes more structured and progressive, with advanced sessions for travel and competitive players. It’s never too late to start — many players transition into goalkeeping later and excel with the right coaching.

  • How do you help goalkeepers build confidence?

Confidence comes from repetition, support, and success in training. We create an environment where mistakes are part of learning, and players are challenged with realistic game-like situations. Through positive coaching, mental toughness drills, and clear progress goals, keepers develop both skill and self-belief.
